Summary:
Hiring a Corporate Security Director with specialization in federal security standards and industrial security program management.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years experience in security management within the military or in a similar leadership role OR minimum of 5 years experience in industry security program management.
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Security or a closely related field.
Must have thorough working knowledge and understanding of NISPOM.
Expertise in one or more of the following security disciplines:
Personnel, Industrial or Program Operations.
Experience within the role of CFSO and/or ITPSO is desirable.

Responsibilities:
Administer security measures, policies and procedures in compliance with Federal standards, industry programs, and company security requirements.
Conduct program audits and inspections to assess, identify, and mitigate any security vulnerabilities or gaps.
Manage and maintain systems and other measures for the physical safety of all visitors, employees, customers, property and assets.
Implement security training and communications for effective security management.
Establish operational plans for preparedness, crisis response, recovery, and other emergency events.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance.
Broad knowledge of Government directives, relevant Federal regulations, and program specifications.
Pay Details:
$100,000.
00 to $140,000.
